The primary subscription terms for an issuance are configured by the issuing company or its advisor.Different payment methods are possible: at the time of subscription or by subsequent call for funds.The strategy for finding subscribers can also be selected:- Set up invitations at the time of issue;
- Designate one or more distribution agents and define their remuneration arrangements;
- Select remuneration methods, in the form of fixed fees or a percentage, for distributors referenced on the platform. These distributors will be able to find out about the product and the proposed distribution terms, and thus have access to a vast choice to distribute to their customers.
Thanks to secure deposit accounts, repayment is guaranteed if fundraising targets are not met.

- or once the fundraising is considered successful, after the subscription forms have been collected.
