On-demand services (features)

In your company profile, EuroSX allows you to request access to activities for which your company is eligible. The required features will be provided once the request has been validated by the EuroSX teams.

The EuroSX platform offers a set of core functionalities, activated by default. It is also possible to request or activate additional functionalities specific to an organization's operations :

Issuance of financial securities in the form of digital assets
Management of mandates on behalf of third parties (individuals or legal entities)
Investment in financial securities in the form of digital assets
Distribution of securities via financial investment advisory services
Audit of company accounts

Companies' compliance certification

By deploying your company's certificate of compliance on blockchain, you can:

operate the company on the platform, on all activities that have been activated ;
entrust an external company with a mandate on the platform ;
or operate on behalf of the company under a mandate (more information here).

The user account of the company's legal representatives must have been configured in the blockchain beforehand.

Deployment also activates permissions assignation on your organization's members.

Member permissions

EuroSX simplifies the management of internal teams involved in all operations on the platform, from issuing bonds to investing in securities on the listed market, via a mechanism of combinable policies.

These rights can be assigned :

on a category of operations ;
or on one or more specific operations.

EuroSX provides pre-configured permissions policies allowing you to efficiently assign consistent permissions to your members.

EuroSX lets you confidentially deploy permissions for your members in the blockchain, securing the permissions granted to your company's members with traceability and auditability.
